midlands bouldering league - round 1

Creation is the fourth destination for ROUND ONE of the Midlands Bouldering League, and starts on the 9th January 2012..

It is a friendly comp, hosted between the following Climbing Centres:

AWESOME WALLS - STOKE
WOLF MOUNTAIN - WOLVERHAMPTON
SHROPSHIRE CLIMBING CENTRE - NEWPORT

There are 25 problems set at four different walls to keep you pumped over the winter months.

Pay general entry at the wall plus £1 for your scorecard. If you take part at all four walls you may be in line for a prize sponsored by Wild Country and Red Chili.

Categories are, under 16 girls, under 16 boys, Mens & Womens.

Scoring is self administered with 10 points for the first attempt, 7 for second attempt, 4 for third attempt and 1 point for eventually completing the problem. Everyone attempts the same 25 problems and the 1st round is open for the whole weekend to give everyone plenty of opportunity to attend.
