What is the minimum age that can use your facility?.
The minimum age is 4.

Can I just turn up and climb?.
No. Only competent climbers, that is those people that know how to put on a harness, tie and figure of eight knot or bowline knot, and can belay using a recognised device can use our centre unsupervised. If you can not fulfill this criteria then you need to look at one of our courses.

What time's are you open?.
We are open 10am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 7pm on weekends.

When are your busy periods?.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday are our busiest days throughout the year. If you are looking for a quieter period to come and climb then before 6pm anyday in the week or after 6pm on Monday and Friday.

How many people can I bring as guests?.
If you are a competent climber then you can bring along and sign in up to two people. They must not belay whilst they are in your care unless you are backing up the dead end of the rope. They can join the centre as day or annual members.

Do you hire equipment?.
Yes, we have ample supply of shoes, harnesses and helmets available to hire from main reception.

Do you have changing rooms?.
Yes.

Do you have lockers?.
Yes. Locker keys are FREE from main reception. Just leave a securing deposit for the key.

Do you have a cancellation policy on bookings?.
Yes. We have a 48 hour cancellation/moving policy for all group bookings. Payment for bookings is made in full prior to your session. If you fail to notify us in time that you can not attend then you will lose this payment.
