So, you've climbed before but are a bit rusty.

It's obviously very important that everyone who takes part in climbing can belay correctly and safely. After all, you are holding someone's life in your hands and a mistake could result in a disastrous accident.

If you are not sure whether you can remember all the skills to belay then we seriously recommend a belay refresher course. You get an hour with an instructor who will back up the dead end of the rope and you can practice under their watchful eye.

What you get:

(1) With a maximum ratio of one instructor to six participants this ensures that you get plenty of time to practice.

(2) Your choice of time and date to book the session.

(3) The package has been tailored to the needs of existing climbers, this means that you get the benefit of our qualified instructors, who will make sure you get the most out of your session and will get you back in to climbing as soon as possible.

(4) All the necessary safety equipment is provided within the package price. All we ask is that your party turns up at least 15 minutes before your session is due to begin.
